Welcome to Winter Family Weekend 2026! We are thrilled to gather together under this year's theme, "Household of Faith," from December 22–27, 2026, at Champion Mill in Hamilton, Ohio.

 About the Theme: "Household of Faith"

 Our theme focuses on three core pillars: Sonship (the reality of being begotten, not just adopted), The Body (living as the Ekklesia), and Hospitality. The seminar schedule is designed to move attendees from deep, doctrinal foundations early in the week to practical application as we head into the Sabbath.

 Special Occasion Dress Boutique: A wonderful opportunity to browse, share, and find the perfect dress for the weekend's upcoming dances and Sabbath services.
Nail Boutique: A fun and relaxing space for ladies and girls to get pampered, prep for the weekend's festivities, and enjoy sweet fellowship.
Teen Dance: A high-energy evening crafted specifically for our teens to connect and build friendships.
Jelly Live!: Our fan-favorite show, packed with fun and energy for the younger generation.
Family Olympics: A spirited, multi-generational challenge designed to bring families together for friendly competition and lots of laughs.
YA Social & Speakeasy: An exclusive space for our young adults, featuring a hosted mocktail bar and a 21+ cash bar.
Family Dance: The grand finale of our weekend, bringing our entire household of faith together for a night of joy, dancing, and celebration.

 Registration & Accessibility

 We are committed to making this gathering accessible to every family:

 Family Discount: We are dedicated to keeping costs affordable. Families with more than four members will not be charged for any additional family members.
Children 5 & Under: All children aged 0–5 attend for free. (Note: We kindly ask that you still register all children so we can plan for capacity and safety.)

We have partnered with two excellent hotels to accommodate your stay. Please see the details below:

 The Warehouse Hotel

 Note: A minimum stay of 4 nights is required for reservations at The Warehouse Hotel. If your planned stay is less than 4 nights, please book with the Courtyard by Marriott.

 Room Rate: $95 a night

 The Marriott (Courtyard Hamilton)

 Note: For guests planning to stay 3 nights or less, please book with the Courtyard by Marriott.

Register Attendee

  • For those attending the spiritual programming only. Includes all Daytime Seminars, Friday Night Bible Studies, and Sabbath Services.

  • Includes unlimited sports spectating, Pickleball open play, and access to the Board Game Lounge. (Note: Does not include meals or evening social activities).

  • Includes everything in General Admission, PLUS access to all evening activities (Family Olympics, Jelly Live!, Teen Dance, and YA Social). (Note: Does not include catered meals).

  • The all-inclusive non-athlete pass! Includes everything in the Social Spectator package, PLUS the full weekend meal package (Friday Dinner, Sabbath Brunch, and evening desserts).

  • Includes the Full Participant package, PLUS registration to compete in ONE primary sport (Choose from Basketball, Volleyball, or the Pickleball Tournament).

  • You will be responsible for creating and managing your own team. Each captain may create only one team in total. This option includes access to all activities, refreshments provided at those activities, and the catered meals. ($45 for activities, plus $10 sports fee) (Note for Pickleball: The Pickleball Tournament is now officially considered an Athletic/Team Captain Registration! This means Pickleball captains can register starting August 10th to create their Tournament Doubles or Mixed Doubles teams. When general registration opens, tournament players will then be able to easily select and join a pickleball team (like Mixed Doubles) during their own registration process. (Please note: If you aren't looking to compete in the tournament, Pickleball Open Play will still be available as a free activity for everyone Wednesday through Friday!)

  • Select this option if you need to sign up for an additional sports team. Please note that you must have already selected 'Athlete' or 'Team Captain' in a previous registration.

  • If your plans have changed and you are unable to attend Winter Family Weekend this year, please select this option to request a refund.

It would be ideal if everyone were able to attend Winter Family Weekend. With that in mind, we are committed to ensuring that costs do not discourage anyone from participating. If you are unable to afford the registration fees, please pay what you can by clicking the donation button link below. This will reset all registration prices to $0, except for those of a team captain.

  • We’ll need volunteers to help keep the space welcoming, activities stocked, and things running smoothly. Volunteer shifts will be just 1 hour, making it an easy way to lend a hand while still enjoying the event!

  • Willing to assist the coordinator with dessert setup and service for one of the evening socials.

Activities & Interests Sign-up

To help us plan, please select all the activities you are interested in attending throughout the weekend.

  • Please Note:
    Children under age 5 will not be permitted to participate, so please do not bring younger siblings.
    Parental Responsibilities:
    This is not a daycare for parents playing sports.
    Parents must sign children in and out promptly to help us stay on schedule.
    You are responsible for your child before and after class.

  • Please note: This is not a drop-off daycare service. For the safety and well-being of all our children, parents must remain in the play area and actively supervise their own children at all times.

  • Kiddo Kingdom is a low-stimulation, drop-in space for children ages 0–12 to play, create, explore, read, and relax at their own pace. With open-ended activities like coloring, building, books, puzzles, and cozy spaces, kids can come and go, stay as long as they’d like, and choose what sounds fun to them.
    Parents/guardians are required to remain with and supervise their children at all times. Kiddo Kingdom is designed to provide a fun space for families—not childcare or drop-off care.

Winter Family Weekend Registration & Eligibility


The United Church of God hosts Winter Family Weekend to provide UCG members and individuals from other Sabbath-keeping Church of God organizations with similar beliefs an opportunity to enjoy a variety of activities together. All sports participants and performers must regularly attend UCG or another Sabbath-keeping Church of God organization, or be the spouse or a minor child living in the household of an eligible attendee.



Youth Participation in Men's Basketball League:

We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience playing in the men’s basketball league at Winter Family Weekend. To align with the age standards used by United Youth Camps, players must be at least 13 years old by the beginning of WFW. This requirement follows our teen program guidelines and helps keep the games safe and fair for everyone. Thank you for helping us make this a positive and enjoyable event.



Tournament Rules and Governance


By registering to participate in any Winter Family Weekend sporting event, you acknowledge and agree to follow the rules of play, tournament formats and officiating guidelines established by the designated WFW Tournament Directors and Commissioners.


Because Winter Family Weekend is a Church-sponsored event, its sporting activities are conducted in a manner consistent with the purpose, values and standards of the United Church of God. To support those standards, along with the event’s safety and scheduling needs, WFW uses customized tournament rules. These rules govern all WFW competition and take precedence over the rules of external or national sports organizations, including pickleball, volleyball and basketball associations.


The designated WFW Tournament Directors and Commissioners are responsible for interpreting and applying these rules and have final authority over gameplay, officiating and dispute resolution within their respective sports.
